Love this rare late 1870s early 1880s figural lamp. Egyptian Revival was one of the more unusual Victorian styles and this table lamp is a quality example of the style. Here we have a stylized anglo Egyptian figure holding a cut oil font which is topped with a stunning etched 5" fitter shade featuring palm trees and a sunset motif. The light is an early electric conversion which would have been done around the early 1900s. We kept it as such and just rewired it with a period style fabric wrapped cord. The original glass font has a mold line in the shade as shown in the photo and is not a crack.  Rewired
