These are just a handful of images from the thousands of antique, custom and restored lighting we have supplied to our commercial clientele. We We've created and supplied lighting for restaurants, hotels and commercial buildings across North America | |
Lapinou Bistro - 642 King St West - TorontoLapinou is a stunning addition to the vibrant King St West strip. We were fortunate to work with the team at Lapinou and Model Ctzn in order to execute their lighting vision for the 140 year old former industrial space. We made custom cord pendants which were fitted with antique milk glass shades. Our signature solid brass Dagmar sconce illuminates 3 tables and the custom made brass bar lights add ambiance and functionality to the heart of the space. Last but not least, the CEO chose a stunning restored chandelier that was originally made in Toronto in the 1920s to light up one of the larger dining tables. |

Jack Astor's Bar & Grill - 144 Front St West - TorontoThis was by far, one of the coolest restaurants we have ever done. The designer had a very clear vision and presented us with images of original Art Deco lighting to have recreated. The large skyscraper chandeliers were made based on photos of original ones from the 1920s. We crafted the hardware and Stearns & Co. In total, 6 chandeliers were made to hang over tables and in the windows overlooking downtown Toronto. We custom made the table lamps to sit on the bar and withstand the rigors of busy crowds. |

The Loose Moose Tap & Grill - 146 Front St West - TorontoLocated next to Jack Astor's, The Loose Moose is a Toronto institution that's been a fixture on Front Street since 1989. Like the name, the decor is fun and eclectic and the interior emphasizes Industrial decor. We were commissioned to supply 19 lights in the main bar and eating areas as well as the bathrooms. Antique shades, old spot lights, custom industrial pendants and gas lights were fixed on custom rods, wired and CSA approved. They came out great and blended perfectly with their updated industrial aesthetic. |

The Good Son Restaurant at Don Mills - TorontoThe second location of the Good Son is just as eclectic as the first location on Queen St West. Murray Duncan was the principal interior designer on the project and he approached us to providing lighting over the bar, service area and for the wall lighting in the dining room. Our lighting blended perfectly with the maximalist vintage decor. We combined vintage and antique shades with aged hardware on the pendant lights and our custom Audrey sconces were used in the dinning room . We have yet to dine here, but if the food is a as good as the decor, we're in for a great experience. |

Lake Inez Restaurant - TorontoThis is the (non Indian) gem of Toronto's East End Little India neighbourhood. It has garnered rave reviews, is always busy and is cool as hell. The owners started it old school. From the mill work to the stained glass, they were on site doing by hand. When it came to the lighting aesthetics, impact and budget were key factors and we made it work for them. We found a large beaux arts chandelier to work in the dining room and rather than restore it, we rewired it and kept all the patina and eclecticism in tact. A small floral crystal chandelier salvaged from a house in Parkdale sits in the front widow and our custom Audrey sconce was used throughout the dining room. |

The Ordinaire American Tavern - Long Beach California
When an Irish restaurant group opens pubs and restaurants in America, you know the result is going to be outstanding. Any one who has ever been to Ireland can attest to the level of quality, detail and character they put into their establishments. OL Irish Pubs Ltd. chose a lot of our custom lighting to fill out their Long Beach project. This included custom pendant lighting for over the bar, chandeliers in the dining room, and custom table and wall lighting throughout. |
