We will discuss the nature of the problem with you and determine
the best remedy. If we ask you to return the product to us for inspection,
we will contact you within 3 working days of receiving the product
with an evaluation of your claim, and intended remedies.
Service
All fixtures sold by us but exempt from the warranty for any of
the above reasons can be serviced by us with a minimum service intake
fee of $50. All other charges are to be determined based on the
scope and severity of the work required. |

Light Bulb Instructions
It is our goal to provide complimentary incandescent light bulbs
with your purchase
We recommend the use of long life brass base light bulbs
B10 Chandelier style Candelabra Base, B10 Chandelier style Edison
Base and G16.5 Candelabra Base always point upright.(base down)
NEVER INVERTED
Maximum Wattage stickers are listed in the holder, on the socket
or on the back plate. DO NOT EXCEED MAXIMUM WATTAGE PER SOCKET
All fixtures are safe for Compact Fluorescent Light bulbs (not
included)
DO NOT USE Halogen Light bulbs

Electrical & Installation
Surface and wall lighting are CSA approved.
Surface and Wall lighting are CSA approved
Exterior Lamps, Table Lamps and Floor Lamps are wired with CSA
components
Ceiling, Wall and Exterior fixtures are supplied with appropriate
mounting hardware unless noted and install into standard electrical
boxes. This is exclusive of fixtures where the weight of the fixture
exceeds the rating of the electrical box.
All hardwired fixtures are to be installed by the standards of
the Electrical Safety Authority in Canada. Fixtures must be properly
installed and inspected to validate this warranty

Finish Care
Our high-quality finishes are either lacquered or waxed to prevent
tarnishing or discolouration.
Interior
For lacquered finishes use a clean damp cloth to remove dust that
may accumulate on the fixture and a paper towel to remove any streaks.
DO NOT USE any cleaning sprays, solutions, solvents or abrasives.
Interior & Exterior
For waxed finishes use a clean damp cloth to remove dust that may
accumulate on the fixture. DO NOT USE any cleaning solutions, solvents
or abrasives. Waxed finishes are waterproof and protect lighting
fixtures against discoloration.

Limited Warranty
Restored antique lighting and custom manufactured lighting are under
warranty to the original purchaser for 2 years from the purchase
date providing that the fixtures meet the requirements and specifications
outlined in Light bulb
Instructions and Electrical and Installation
ALL hardwired fixtures are to be installed by certified electricians
as per the Ontario Government Law c/o ElectricalSafety Authority
for this warranty to e valid
What our warranty does not cover:
- Glassware, lamp shades, candle sleeves, crystals and porcelain
lithophane panels
- Light bulbs
- Rewires and alterations by a third party
- Accidents or evidence of misuse, abuse or alteration
- Changes in lacquered and waxed finishes through improper unpacking,
handling, cleaning, climate change and or other corrosive elements
- Improper installation
- Natural variations in finish through lacquer or wax
- Damage by improper use of light bulbs
- Age, natural patina or original manufacturing elements on antique
lighting
- Vintage or salvage goods, which are sold as is or marked final
sale
- Cost of removal, delivery and reinstallation
- Transfer of ownershiple

We will repair any defective products covered under the warranty
that are returned to the showroome showroom.
