$2300 PAIR - Rare Pair of Incredible Handel Double Light American Art Nouveau Wall Sconces with Original Panel Glass Shades

Stunning pair of museum quality Handel wall sconces with original shades. These are best American Art Nouveau sconces we have ever had in 47 years and they are all original except the wiring which has been modernized and tested to CSA standards. The floral petals branching out from the arms are all one piece which is amazing given the skill it takes to make that detail. Original antique hammered finish has developed a lovely patina over time and is rich in colouration. The shades are unlike anything we have seen as they were made to fit over the original pull chain sockets (restored) and fit snuggly in the fitter. There are no cracks in the glass and all of the panels of the shades are a perfect match. These are grand in scale sitting at 15" wide x 15" tall with a 7 1/2" projection to the end of the shade. Never had ones like these before and probably never will again.
